Children’s Contact Service
Safe, supported time together for children and families during separation.
Helping your child stay connected safely
We support children to spend safe, positive time with their parents or carers during family separation—without conflict, stress, or uncertainty.
Our experienced team provides a calm, neutral environment where your child’s safety and wellbeing come first.
You don’t have to navigate this alone—we’re here to guide and support you every step of the way.
Our Children’s Contact Service is funded by the Attorney-General’s Department and operates in line with the ‘Children’s Contact Services Guiding Principles for Good Practice’. We are an Affiliate of the Australian Children’s Contact Services Association (ACCSA).

Supervised changeovers
We help children move between parents without conflict or direct contact.
Supervised video contact
When in-person visits aren’t possible, we support safe online connection.
