Seeing Red

Seeing Red

About

Strong emotions are a natural part of being human, and knowing how to manage them can make a big difference in our relationships and wellbeing. Seeing Red is a supportive, evidence‑informed program that helps adults better understand, express and manage challenging emotions such as anger, frustration and stress.

In a safe and non‑judgemental group environment, participants are supported to explore their emotional responses, recognise triggers, and develop healthier ways to communicate. The course focuses on building self‑awareness, empathy and practical skills so you can respond more calmly and confidently in everyday situations.

Through this approach, Seeing Red helps individuals strengthen relationships, reduce conflict, and improve emotional wellbeing.

What will I learn?

  • Recognise and understand your emotions and triggers
  • Identify, acknowledge and process strong feelings
  • Develop strategies to respond constructively rather than react impulsively
  • Build empathy and understand others’ perspectives
  • Communicate more effectively and assertively
  • Improve conflict resolution skills and relationship connection

Who is it for?
