Seasons for Growth
About
Seasons for Growth is a supportive, evidence‑based program that helps adults understand and respond to experiences of change, loss and grief.
Life changes such as family separation, the loss of a loved one, work changes, or other significant transitions can be difficult to process. This program provides a safe, structured environment where participants can explore their feelings, build understanding, and learn healthy ways to cope.
Using the metaphor of the seasons, the program helps adults see that change and loss are a natural part of life. Through guided activities and shared experiences, participants are supported to build resilience, strengthen emotional wellbeing, and feel less alone in what they are going through.
