About
My Kids and Me is a supportive, trauma‑informed parenting program for parents whose children have been removed from their care.
This experience can bring a complex mix of emotions, including grief, loss and uncertainty. In a safe, respectful and non‑judgemental environment, this course provides space to reflect on these challenges and build understanding of your parenting journey.
The program focuses on understanding what it is like for you and your child, building confidence, and helping you navigate the systems and processes involved. Through guided discussion and practical strategies, My Kids and Me supports parents to move forward with greater clarity, connection and hope.
