Happy Aged Care Employee Day!
On Monday 7th August we celebrate Aged Care Employee Day. This is a day for us to recognise and thank the workers who provide care and support to the elderly.
CatholicCare Wollongong is a proud local provider of aged care support services in the Illawarra, Shoalhaven and Macarthur regions. With over 40 years' experience, our Aged Care Team help seniors to nurture independence, support social connections, and achieve health goals so they can enjoy ageing at home.
Each year for Aged Care Employee Day, ACCPA (Aged & Community Care Providers Association) runs a #Thanksforcaring campaign to encourage aged care clients, families and the broader community to say thank you and send messages of appreciation to Aged Care Workers.
