At St Michael’s OSHC, creativity and community go hand in hand. Our service is more than a place to spend time before and after school – it’s a space where children feel inspired, supported, and connected. Every day offers something new to discover, whether it’s exploring the outdoors or creating something special indoors.
Children love tending to our veggie garden and fairy garden, which make outdoor time magical and hands-on. These spaces encourage curiosity, responsibility, and a love for nature. Indoors, creative arts and craft activities allow imaginations to flourish, while outdoor games and social play help children build friendships and confidence.

Meet Our Coordinator
Dakota Lewis
I’ve been with CatholicCare for over two years and have worked in early childhood for more than 12 years. I love forming beautiful relationships with children and seeing them grow. Art activities are my favourite—I enjoy being creative and watching children turn a blank canvas into something magical. Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and family, going to the gym, and drawing.
