Bringing Up Great Teens is a supportive, evidence‑informed parenting program designed to help you navigate the teenage years with greater confidence, understanding and connection.

Adolescence is a time of rapid change, where young people seek independence while still needing guidance, support and strong relationships. This course helps parents and carers understand what’s happening during this stage of development, including changes in the teenage brain, behaviour and emotions.

Through practical strategies and shared learning, you’ll explore how to stay connected with your teen, support their growing independence, and respond effectively to challenges such as conflict, communication difficulties and risk‑taking behaviours. The focus is on maintaining a positive, respectful relationship while supporting your teen to thrive.
