CatholicCare's Families & Communities Program now offer professional development sessions that focus on a range of topics to support professionals working with individuals, families or within communities.

We can discuss adaption of sessions to suit different audiences and needs, and welcome ideas for further sessions.

Cost is indicative of total session cost, additional costs may apply for specialised session requests. Maximum numbers may apply and may differ dependant on session.

Standard Mental Health First Aid

Equips adults with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to recognise, understand and respond to a friend, family member, co-worker, or another adult, experiencing a mental health problem or mental health crisis.

Youth Mental Health First Aid

Equips adults who teach, care for, or support young people with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to recognise, understand and respond to a young person experiencing a mental health problem or mental health crisis.
