The counsellor was very helpful and understanding and did not rush me when I had any conversations with her. I felt comfortable talking to her about the issues I was facing and did not feel judged. Since going to counselling, I have gained a better understanding of the situation I was in. I now feel 100% better and not so guilty

The Counsellor was able to establish a positive rapport with my daughter, who received professional and caring help at all times. Even with her young age she felt comfortable discussing everything and was always encouraged in a very positive way

Having an individual counselling session each, and then seeing the counsellor together for sessions was extremely beneficial. We got the opportunity to speak privately of our own grievances, from our own perspective, giving the counsellor a firm grounding on our separate viewpoints that she then effectively used to help guide us towards solutions

From the first time I made contact with CatholicCare I began to feel that I had hope. Meeting and speaking with my counsellor has been extremely beneficial. I have found ways to cope and my relationship with my husband has improved dramatically. We have definitely come a long was as a couple. I would recommend seeing a counsellor to anyone needing help with relationship issues
