We understand attending the service may create some anxiety or uncertainty, especially if it is your first time attending a contact service. Please know our staff endeavour to provide a friendly, safe space for you and your child/ren.
The safety of our clients, visitors and staff is of paramount importance. Please ensure you read the Clients Rights & Responsibilities and Confidentiality documents to ensure you are aware and understand the measures we have in place to prioritise the wellbeing of everyone.
Every client that uses the Children's Contact Service will be required to sign a Service Agreement. A Service Agreement ensures all parties understand their responsibility when using the service and also the responsibility of CatholicCare as the provider.
Please ensure you read and refer to the Service Agreement prior to and during your time with us.
