We're delighted to announce our 2022 Christmas appeal, Gifts of Hope, has been the biggest in our 40-year history!

We have received donations valued over $21,000 from our local community. The gifts and hampers are still in the process of being personally delivered by CatholicCare staff to more than 300 children, seniors, people living with disability and families in our Diocese.

Every year, CatholicCare staff and volunteers collect the names of people in our community who would benefit from receiving a gift of hope at Christmas time. The Gifts of Hope Appeal is run in conjunction with the @Bishop's office and @Catholic Education, Wollongong as well as @Corpus Christi High School, @St Benedict's, @Holy Spirit College, @St Francis Edmondson Park and @CENet

We recognise and thank this team of dedicated staff are helping to coordinate the appeal, which runs through the Macarthur, Illawarra, Shoalhaven and Southern Highlands.
