How to Know When Marriage & Relationship Education (MRE) may be beneficial:

MRE can provide a proactive measure in supporting and deepening your relationship. It provides opportunity to discuss important aspects of relationships such as communication, conflict, values and expectations. While it is beneficial to be proactive in our relationships, marriage and relationship education can also provide insight and support when relationship challenges arise.

How Does Marriage & Relationship Education Work?

MRE offers a safe space for couples to expressfeelings and explore strengths and areas of growth, enhancing their understanding ofeach other. With the guidance of a facilitator,  couples work together using the program content, discussions, and activities to improve their relationship dynamics and reignite their spark. The journey might be challenging, but the rewards—greater harmony, deeper intimacy, and improved communication—can make a real difference.

Do Both Partners Need to Be Present for Marriage & Relationship Education?

We understand that, sometimes, one partner might be hesitant or unavailable. For the program to be effective, both partners do need to attend all sessions.
